Restaurant Fors

Restaurant Fors offers local home food from Kainuu and flavours from around the world. The restaurant’s catering service bakes and makes tasty treats for any event, happy or sad.

The versatile salad buffet and rich lunch buffet are Restaurant Fors’ calling cards. We offer honest Kainuu home food and seasonal international flavours.

Lunch is served on weekdays at our restaurant on the second floor of the old paper mill’s Port building. The 180-seat restaurant also has room for large groups of people. You can also buy the food as take away portions.

Restaurant Fors also offers delicacies for larger and smaller parties. From savoury to sweet, cakes to casseroles, everything we serve is handmade in Kainuu. Just make sure to book our services in time to get your stomach full and something sweet to top it off.

The restaurant is easy to reach even with a larger car, as there are hundreds of free parking spaces in front of the building. We also have plenty of spaces for meetings.
